I have always wished for more equilibrium in work and home time, three work days felt about right for me. &lt;br /&gt;
Time spent in actively exercising personal creativity and imagination can only have a beneficial effect on helping create the innovative knowledge society we strive to be. &lt;br /&gt;
Creating more jobs means more opportunities for people to be engaged with the economy. Fewer being left rejected at an early age through not fitting in with the all pervasive five day work ethic. &lt;br /&gt;
It is the inequality of employment, its connections and rewards, which are not just monetary, that creates fear among those who have a little.&lt;br /&gt;
Maybe now is the time to mobilise action towards it.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
